As always with these type of things finding a date or time to suit all is pretty much impossible. Yes Jerboa September is looking very busy, so perhaps August bank holiday weekend. Any other suggestions for dates or what you'd like me to avoid. As for Saturday or Sunday, depending on the weekend chosen I'd probably need to go with whatever day I'm free.

I'm working nights on the Saturday but am free Sunday / Monday (at the moment), might not be at my best on Sunday morning but at least I could get there

Getting a date that suits everyone? Impossible, except maybe unless it's sometime next year, but not October / November as I have already booked my hols
