It was much harder work that I was expecting. Not sure I am a fan for running on sand! ![]() It was good to meet up with some top Fetchies and clock up my longest run for two monts or more. |

Absolutely fantastic. Certainly was harder than i thought too. My wife was on the Boulmer water station so i got a bottle of water and a kiss. That (and a gel) spurred me on and the last 2 miles on the sand, believe it or not, was great. Was under 2 hours which i'm really happy with, but just waiting for the results to come through this evening.

I enjoyed it too. The head wind was a killer for me it slowed me down. Thats my excuse and I'm sticking to it. It was great to meet some fetchies aswell. Hope to see you all soon. If you are out there ha! ha! you did an excellent time for someone who was just going to talk about footie and lager.

This is the best race ever! even though I had to walk the last three miles with a crocked ankle - I still had a fab time... Just such a beautiful part of the world - and great to meet so many smiley fetches too ![]() |

It was a very hard race. Not sure if I enjoyed it or not. My finishing place helped a bit though. The results are on the Alnwick Harriers Website now. |
