sorry to hear you weren't well contro - loved to run as gritts said weather was near perfect, managed to enlist the help of two lovely ladies who aided with navigation.

yeah i would have loved to do it, but i try a replacement run around home instead and I was out of action in 5 miles. Glad i didn't travel all the way up!

That is impressive running, do you know who it was ? I ran 4.45 quite easily last year but 4.20 would have taken some effort. |
