i wore road shoes which was fine because it was lovely weather but if there's rain, there will be mud - lots of it - as there are many a field to cross. Also, contact Steve Adams - the organiser - I believe he has a downloadable route. This was my first ultra and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Navigation skills are needed too - well I needed them anyway! |
