I think it's for however long people want to stay for. From what Euan says, the Hilton are going to make quite an effort for us and I think it's a nice way to support it.
We'll be doing the mile in the afternoon as well.

Ran my first NHTT last week, rather a poor performance but I think I'll be hooked on hammering down my Pb each Saturday. Will be there this Saturday again and hoping to at least get under 20 mins now my throat infection has gone.
