yep - feel like i've not seen everyone in ages. dublin training is erm ... stationary until my sprained ankle recovers ... it's got 13 days! other than that, taper is going ok.

yep being good and resting, icing, compressing, and elevating when out of the office ... trying ibuprofen for the swelling and arnica for the lovely bruising too. mobility is improving so thankfully it's not a bad sprain (phew)

Obviously it would be brilliant if you could run on Saturday, Ickle, but take it easy if things don't improve. Why not come along on Saturday for the jolly and help out?
We were down your neck of the woods for Hants XC last weekend...
