RFJ May 2010 12:39pm, 15 May 2010 1,639 posts	RFJ We were graced by a rare visitor today..... a blue and white buff apparelled man apeared from the car park, I know that buff, I know that face....... Mark, was great to see you today, it really was, and as siad in the cafe dont make it so long next time, great to catch up too.... 80-85% effort today and 20:40, quite happy but tired a little towards the end... so netly will have to be paced better tomorrow (ie slower...) Take care
