Mr. K.
Great reporting again Rach.
RFJ - I finished in 4.00.08 Was a bit packed from Blue Start Pen 7. I did see some good times from London being posted up from NHTT parkrunners and Monty too (I thought there was only ONE marathon on Sunday ).
I`ll be there (+2) on Saturday morning for an easy run.

hi everyone, hoping to be back more regularly soon with running buggy, and the odd solo run to try and chip away at that time too. Will be good to catch up with everyone again soon.
