Nice running Disney
Rach basically ran her PB pace over 3.5 miles here in New York this morning so hoping in the next few weeks to be back at NHTT with Rach kicking out some fast times.

Hi Guys,
A quick word about the toilets - The week before last we found that we don't have all the necessary keys to access the toilets every week. The tennis centre close their shutters most nights which give access to the toilets. Unless somebody from the tennis club is on site by the time we are there we are unable to open them unless we have the shutter key to do so. I have spoken to the tennis centre but it really boils down to getting the key from the council again.
What this means while we get the other key is that sometimes the toilets will be open, sometimes not.
Sorry, I know its not great but we will get there.
