Sep 2008 9:39pm, 1 Sep 2008 6 posts	Saturday was a great run, once again I get worried when I see people on the back uphill bit at 13 minutes or so but its easy to forget the loop past the avery adds on about 3-4 minutes! I would say bad luck Gobi, but I think 3rd is still pretty impressive!

I'm running the Glasgow half on Sunday so am being sensible and not running. Bribes will be taken for inflated finishing positions.
