Rach and I have just realised we are not there next weekend :¬(
I have a little 50km race and Rach is my second.

Good race on Saturday all round, I'm slowly getting used to getting up early on Saturday mornings now!
Rach, Gobi - Shame you can't make it next weekend, good luck on the 50K. I'm sure you'd get dizzy if you do the 25 laps round our course to do your 50K. Maybe the Enduro NHTT can wait...

getting itchy feet now. isn't it amazing that you only stop running for 1 week and can't wait to get back into it? even though it doesn't feel great to have a HR of 180!
has anyone tried the new running shop in basingstoke yet?
gobi - how'd the 50km go?

foot is fine, running on treadmill with no issues...
plus have number for Overton 5 next sat, will jog or help at NHTT before hand
