Jonny Aug 2009 5:16pm, 28 Aug 2009 120 posts	Jonny I would like to turn up again tomorrow but within a mile a half my old shin splint injury flaired up again and had to bail out shortly afterwards. Followed that up with a cold but starting to get over it. Just got to get myself down there early enough to warm up properly (unfortunately it usually takes about 5 or 6 miles to loosen up my calf).
