Oooooo, that was a tough Parkrun, I notice the number of pb's seems to be down quite a lot. You'll be glad you wimped out Mr.K. though I suppose it was only a 'little' hill to you

Yes, I found the course horrid (for those that weren't there, it had to be rearranged due to a dog show in the park - and we ended up doing a twisty 5 lap course, mostly on the grass!!) BUT big, big thanks to Alex today for rearranging at such short notice. I thought he did a sterling job! The course wasn't perfect, but we were all still able to run which was fantastic!

Mr. K.
I heard some sad news on Saturday over coffee - the lady from New Zealand (with the dog - see photos 5 & 6) is emigarting to Amercia in a couple of weeks so Saturday just gone was her last 5Km with us. Such a well behaved dog. Nice lady too.
Thought I`d share that with you.

MrK - lady from New Zealand is from South Africa or so I thought.
The dog was pleasant for sure but I do feel it should have been on a lead during the event. Even well behaved it has "taken people out". That said it is sad that she is going but you can't blame her for eaving this country.
