Mar 2009 12:22pm, 21 Mar 2009 153 posts	Good run today, I enjoyed it, not sure Pam did though, she did say she's never ever ever doing it again at one point (4k I think) but seemed pretty chuffed with her time on the way home. Coffee was nice too, £1.79 for a coffe and a muffin! you can't knock that! Cheers all
