Never made the start line yet due to injury so it will be third time lucky! I know you'll be able to do it and the scenery will be so much better than Gateshead!

The route will pass notable landmarks such as the Baltic, the Sage, Gateshead Millennium Bridge, Tyne Bridge, then follows the river west passing the residential developments at the old Garden Festival site. Runners will then return with a climb through Gateshead Town Centre past the Civic Centre before finishing in the Stadium
