well I was undecided whether I could fit a trip in for the coastal run (so many weekends already filled up in my diary) but seems its been taken out of my hands

:( :( I'll attempt to be quicker next yea.

For the Blaydon Race, my web page used to say "online entries filled in about 4 hours". That was a mistake. In 2010, I think entries opened at 1a.m. and filled by about 1p.m. So that's about 12 hours (which is what the Blaydon Race web page says). Sorry.

Would love to do Blaydon Race but it always seems to clash with the Evening League race series here in Harrogate. Hoepfully this year I will get to enter Blaydon!

morning all. I'm just about back into running, a few short jogs with the dogs. Hopefully Blyth 10k will be my first back, if not then North Tyneside.

Kinda annoys me the time you have to enter popular races can be months away, and with my track record of injuries I often have to pull out of many.

Reiver - I dont work Thursdays so that would be ideal - trouble is our Evening League races are usually Thursdays and are in May/June so suspect that it might clash.

Know what you mean PL, but then not being able to run is annoying anyway :-)

When's the Blyth 10K? I need to conquer some more zones...

Jovi, you'll just have to build a big lead in your league during May so you can take a night off.. :-)
