Lisrun
It was pretty slippery at the Old Monks 6 and they shortened the course to try and avoid some of it. I half expected it to be cancelled, but they went ahead and had about 120 runners

Ive been meaning ot do that one for the past couple of years Lisrun but yet again missed it. Mind you i would have been at the hexhamshire hobble . Gutted to miss it - the pics looked fabulous. Oh well - next year. Light training starts again today.

apart from running up and down the coast at the start and finish its not a nice course as far as scenery goes but its a good course for a PB

Entry to Northumberland Coastal Run (14m)opens online tomorrow 22nd Jan A GREAT race- tough; but beautiful.... Filled up within a few days last year My first Newcastle Parkrun tomorrow.......looking forward to run and to meeting some fetchies:-) |
