I'm not the biggest fan of old railway lines but it was a very pleasant route with one nice gentle incline around some fields ,lovely bit through some woods and some steep steps to add some spice. excellent atmosphere and only £3 . definitely recommend it.

All on traffic free tarmac (mainly - there's v short off road trail section). Fabulous views over Teesdale. I think I might have a pic in my gallery running with Black Cat there.......
