Really enjoyed coastal Run today - probably my most favourite of the 5 times I've done it. Had one of those days where everything seemed to click - course PB. Started steady and gradually wound up the pace. Felt great - just a pity about the sea fret in the first half so we couldn't see quite as much of the scenery as normal - I missed seeing Dunstanburgh Castle. That last 200m on the soft sand never gets any easier though

Anna Bomb
Had a great run after I abandoned all ideas of racing it and decided just to enjoy the scenery. Still came in with a 23 min pb, shows how badly wrong it went the last time I ran. Glad that you enjoyed it GG
