In 2013, June 9th falls on a Sunday. The web page events.runbritain.com has the race starting at 3pm. The last time it was held on a Sunday was back in 2002 but my records (which start in 2001) do not contain the start times of races held in 2002. Sad person that I am, I Googled and found it was also held at 3pm in 2002.

I guess the name "Jovi Runner" tells you: "Jovi" comes before "Runner".
