me too Banjo, only I'm not running it...so if anyone wants a number give me a shout. Has FV1 on the front so you may have to resemble that description :-)

It's a great race Flyswatter. First hill runable, second hill less so (well for me anyway!) - all on lovely trail through the woods.

slightly out of our area but not to far is the Pickering 10K on sunday. Never done it before but my brothers up and i like to run with him so i'm tempted.

hey flip, you might see Andy knowles he hails from that neck of the woods! on a local note i have found the perfect race HQ for the HM 60 next year smack bang on the sea front at Saltburn will be sending Jon Pictures of it ASAP, is their any fetchies that ultra run in Cleveland?

would that be your mates cafe Him :-) good idea. I'm sure there are a few that run that way. A mate of mine, mic on fetch has just opened a running /cycle shop in great Ayton and he's know a few. If you click on fetchies near you some may come up .My foot seems to be heeling well now and i plan quite a few runs along the course and the esk valley fel races . I'll mail you when i'm planning and if your free your welcome to join us.

LoL there sure is a cafe below it, i spoke with the local council rep today and its on, also thought it would be good for the HM114 as Saltburn gets busy and it beats sitting in the car if you marshall it! i will be running new years day,was going to enter the cooks race,but i think the HM needs supporting! John V did well at the Rotherham RR,but said his pins were still nackered after the HM114.
