Agreed on Tyne Bridge, really friendly club. Looking forward to more details on teh race and hope I can make it. I use the majority of that route for training a fair bit. Hopefully the wind isn't whipping along the Tyne when the race is on!

Never heard of this race! Sounds a lovely. How many entries and what is the cut off does any one know? (doing a bit of wishful 'the foot is better' thinking)

It does look like another good route to add to the calendar. Although I've decided not to enter any more running events until my foot's better, so I might end up missing out on that one. I'm already regretting signing up for the Sports Relief 6 mile race - but then again I don't have to run it.

small entry usually means fast race and it is relatively flat. may have to spectate this one :-).. Hope that foot behaves and get better soon
