Looking to do a half marathon every month next year. Brass monkey in jan, but can anyone recommend a good one in feb ? Not bothered if it's hilly or not just after a good day out

yes, I have done it a couple of times and am seriously thinking about doing it again. It's fast and quite flat and very well organised. It's on february 26th next year and has an 11am start

Liversedge half in February - on the hilly side and can be tough if its bad weather as quite exposed in places but also a good test of endurance if you have spring marahton planned.

I've heard good things about liversedge , might be an interesting option, don't mind hills. Planning on haweswater in march

Dave D - did you enter the Blackpool half? If you become a fan of the club that organises it on FB I think there's a discount code for entry into their races. (Not that it's particularly dear to enter but it's better in your pocket :-))

I'm doing that one and Gibside next month - hoping for calm weather for both :-)

Not entered yet, so good tip thanks. Always enjoy gibside (although it is brutal) good luck on it - I presume it's full now otherwise I could be tempted
