It was my favourite race last year I loved it. I'll be relieved not to have to run that great long stretch of grass towards the finish again though that was the only bit I didn't enjoy! Funny how I'd rather run the hilly bits!

I think its OK to run X-C for one team and Summer League for another. We have a couple of second claim people in our club and they run our X-C but in the summer run for their first claim club. I think so long as you dont run for 1st and 2nd claim in the same comp then you are OK?

when I say same comp I mean in eg X-C League ie run one week for one club and another week another club - think that is where a problem would arise.

MeLAR - You wouldn't have to necessarily come to the club. You could just join & get a club vest & then run for us at the xc. We are in Stanley though & have club nights Tue & Thur.

NR - I know, I seriously lost the will to live on that finish straight & it seemed to take forever. I hope you feel recovered enough to run it, cos it's a great race.
