 I just hope it doesn't last as long as yours. I have the Sunderland 10k a week on Sunday, but I have learned my lesson - no training until it's cleared up |

Just because I'm considering not running Sunderland, doesn't necessarily mean that I won't do about 20 triathlons before then instead

Has anyone attended the Powerade sessions in teh past in the lead up to the GNR? The Powerade website isn't giving too much away! poweradegb.com Race Ready 16, 24, 31 July Weekly runs 7, 14, 21, 28 August 4, 11 September That first one - 16th July, I'll be in Exhibition Park as it is anyway as it's a Saturday. From the RW website it looks like the "Race Ready" events are 5ks? I can't find any info at all on the "weekly runs" though. Just wondering if anyone has done these in the past? |

Barry, do you have any knowledge of Jarrow & Hebburns Robin Hood 10k ? Some club sites have this listed for 15th August, but there is nothing on the J&H club website. |
