Not quite ready just yet DD. My running is coming along very slowly & I'm limiting miles to a max of 3 as anymore than that seems to aggravate my feet. Boo Thanks for letting me know though

DD - is there a website for the duathlons and can anyone enter? I think this Thursday would be too much of a push ofr me, but it could be a good way of getting in some bike training and some new routes.

Scribbles, anyone can turn up and enter, during the summer, they are on the third Thursday evening of each month, in the Winter, they are on the third Sunday morning of each month. CHeck out durhamtri.org for more details.

My tynedale 10k number has arrived hopefully this cold will go and I can get into some sort of training....Newburn looking doubtful and with the coastal only just under 5weeks away, not sure about that either :-(...time will time !!!!!

I think I have found out why I struggled so much at Redcar, the chest pains I got after six miles have now turned into a full blown cold and I blame MeLAR completely for that
