DD & scibs . ok i've started to worry a bit. Legs are trashed but thats how i want it to be . Ive pumped the tyres up as much as i can with the stand pump i have. sure i could do with a better one. Will you take a look at it DD . Cant you get a converter valve so you can use a car pump ? Put abottle on the bike so i don't forget it and removed the mud guard and tool kit. Got my tri shorts out and a top to put on . have a choice - i'll see what the weather does.chosen shoes to bike and run in , probably without socks. Apart form tjhat i can't think of anything.

Get some stretches in and a good sleep. Or knowing you, a few pints, a late night and you'll still have a storming swim, bike, run.
