If i don't run i will just pick a good place to support and come along to the end. I may go for a swim inthe sea first if anyone fancies it . :-)

anyone doing Maske10K on friday . I'm in no shape but i might be tempted.

I'm gonna do NT 10k on Sunday but been troubled with a niggly achilles. All that footy on hard pitches at the mo' not doing me any favours. Got a cup final on Sat morn, so booked a sports massage for Sat pm. There'll be no PB this year and if legs aren't sore (or head) will hope I get in between 50-52 mins.

I'm up for supporting on Sunday :-) Sounds like a perfect alternative to running it (I'm not up to 10k yet and don't have a place!) I can wear my fetch top too and bring stuff :-)

geordiegirl ive fmailed you about the number. Id like to do this 10k, so, if i dont get geordiegirls number id be happy to take (and pay for) anyone's who isnt able to run it.
Flip id looked at the Marske run on friday. If i dont get a nt10k place then ill probably do that instead. (or maybe both)
