Just showing off, because that was the first part of my 'become an honorary Geordie' challenge. I had to learn the words to the Blaydon Races (I've forgotten them now), finish the Great North Run and drink a bottle of 'Dog'.

I see. My OH is coming to Keswick and doing the trail race the same morning. In fact, I should be finished before she starts, so I might have to wait for her in one of the many pleasant hostelries in the town.
