huffingtonpost.com Though i should start a forum on this for people already on this fast growing trend. Talk about good websites, food ideas, give each other support if we divert, celebrate successes. |

Isn't this just yet another way of saying "eat less" dressed up in a wrapper to sell books?

All of the proper peer reviewed research I've seen seems to suggest wholegrains are good for you in a number of different ways. Do you have to give up seeds too (including pulses)? Potatoes? Other starchy vegetables? All carbs? What is left to eat? |

Hello people. Yes I agree that it is a trend and eating healthy is the best thing but sometimes we need a bit of encouragement to eat healthy and less and this works for me. I read Matt Fitzgerald's book called Diet Cults and agree with that, anyone else read it? Agnostic eating is best, in other words just stop eating loads of cakes and you'll be OK

It works for me...lost 17lbs since Jan and never felt more healthy. Trial and error has concluded my body loves eggs, bacon, butter, meat, LOTS of veggies (no potatoes/parsnips), fruit, nuts etc.. Everything I eat, is in it's natural state, which gets cooked and is lovely. It's so simple, it's ridiculous.
