I ran my last LSR yesterday as been ill again but got it in the bag.Taper time for me .I can not believe how quick the time has gone and race day is almost upon us.

I would think the half would be a better outcome as you may want to run fast over 10k?You can just jog the half if need be. Maybe just set off and see how it all feels as they start same time?
