But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Any jellyfish updates? have to see if I can keep my swimming cap(s) on for this one, 6" nail will do it.....

I supported fellow club mates at this race last year, it looked great, a well organised event. I had hoped to enter this year but alas due to injury (again!) i am unable to compete. If i've nothing else on that weekend I may come up to support

2 weeks to go, stuck offshore until Friday, hopefully get a couple of swims in beforehand, going for the sub 1'30, will be a toughie with no swimming for the last couple of months, but I'll drag myself round, also added incentive of trying to beat my sons primary school headmaster........
