I read this 'baggage option' things as a bit of a joke - notice you don't get the cape or t-hsirt if you choose the baggage option. I know I am moaning but for the money you all have to pay for this race I think they have hand;ed this really badly.

Wear some old, throw-away clothes to the start, then meet up with my wife at the finish who will have a change of clothes for me. For those who do not have a family or friends waiting for them at the finish, I understand why the bags are important. Also, just a note on the expense of US marathons, only the big ones (NYC, Boston, Chicago, etc.) are so pricey. Aside from them, I typically pay around 80 USD for marathons.

Sounds all short and easy
