To give you an example, the 60+ table is generated from the fastest runs by people who were 60+ WHEN THEY RAN THE TIME, and not just the career best times of runners who are now 60+. Does that make sense?

Interesting stuff (well, to me anyway). Considering recent results, I was surprised to see my 5k time ranking 15 points below my marathon with 10k and half times on the gradient in between. Given that all four rate the same WAVA, I deduce that the extent of 'artificial boosting' increases with distance.

Or, in other words, the further I run the better these tables make me look :)
