Well, I haven't trapped a nerve which I guess is good. It's just a bad strain and told to keep it moving. I was supposed to do a TT tonight but I guess it's not a good idea ![]() |

Thanks, me too. I was very bad and did the TT anyway. It has not improved at all today. How long can it take for a neck strain to go down FFS. I am not riding today ![]() |

Oddly enough, the mobilisation exercise for your neck and shoulder mimics shovelling cake into your face. And a piece of cake is just the right weight to add resistance. Funny that, eh? |
