Passed my full licence today! We’ve decided to look for a newer cruiser for me! Put a deposit on a triumph bonneville bobber last week so just need to see if they will let me take it out! |

Excellent, well done jelly. Good time of year to be buying, usually.

Ace! Well done That Bobber looks like a nice bike. I’d have a Speed Twin if I could afford it. |

I’m very lucky, took the bobber out Saturday and we increased the deposit! Bringing it home Saturday! |

Nov 2022 - still have the same 2003 Kawasaki z1000 that I love and still don't use it enough.

I did 1,700 miles on my 125, in 2 years, I’ve run more miles than that 😱 I expect now I’ve got a proper bike I will do more than that though! |

I've been idly looking for a 50cc moped, one that looks like a bike as opposed to a scooter, for my young lass. I remember loads of kids having RD, AR, ER and DT 50s back in the day (I'm too young to have mates that had FS1Es ) but these days there doesn't seem to be the same wealth of choice if you don't want a scooter. Perhaps I'm looking in the wrong places?

I hope so. I’ve got just over a year to get it sorted, so there’s no rush. |

Here's a report on an interesting use of new road markings in Scotland to encourage motorcyclists to better position themselves on approach to corners. transport.gov.scot
