Motons Neuroma - any tips?

Podiatrist gave me inserts that i have now been running with for the past couple of months and so far not had any major problems. Have to be careful socks are not too thick and laces not too tight, i have also stopped nicking the wives high heals. I think anything is worth trying as injections dont always work.

Hi, thanks for feedback. Injection doesn;t bother me too much but thought of an operation does which is what is going to happen if i can't get it under control. Will give the orthotic a go i think. And yes my beloved high heels have gone the journey for now too, Boo Hoo!
