I've also made whole boxes clickable e.g. thread titles, so it should be easier to have fatter fingers.

fetcheveryone Mar 2012 12:18pm, 22 Mar 2012 10,894 posts	0 fetcheveryone There's a function that normally gets run that does stuff like preserving whitespace in posts, inserting images, rendering links as links, that sort of thing. I haven't quite got it working the way I want it, so it's turned off for now.

fetcheveryone Mar 2012 9:24pm, 24 Mar 2012 10,903 posts	0 fetcheveryone Had a look at some stats - there have been 2432 Fetchies who have logged in during the last 24 hours, and 240 of them have done so via one of the mobile devices I've set up to sniff for (android, blackberry, nokia, iphone, ipad, fennec, opera mini/mobi) - so about 10%.

This comment is about three days out of date but I agree with what someone else said about the mobile version staying an option. I am flippin fed up of the BBC site automatically being the mobile version when I don't want that. In a decent wifi hotspot I prefer the full version. Thanks.

Quite possibly there'll be a one-off "We've detected you seem to be on a mobile, do you want to try the mobile version" - but I find the whole mandatory mobile thing to be a pain in a lot of cases, and I'm quite used to navigating the main site on my iPhone anyway - so no worries there.
