I know, from the Partipipants' List, that I'll not be alone this coming Sunday. But it feels like it. Where are you all?

My last ever longer-distance race as a "MV50-54" - groan! I've low aspirations. Stamina-wise, there should be no problem. However, I've been doing little or no racing and even less tempo training, so the pace won't be what it was a year ago. I'd be happy with somewhere in the 1:45 to 1:50 area.

Saw you about three or four minutes after the start (I was wearing a yellow top and black hat). You guys both looked amazing.

Given the conditions and the course, you did amazing!
