no USB - i am doing the Kent marathon the following weekend so starting to take it easy - also looking after wife who has recently come out of hospital so cant leave her long atm

Thanks to *mr nobody* for making me aware of this.

you incomers who are coming along for the first time may need to know that you have to pay at the car park for the parkrun . . the costs are as follows:

arrive at last minute, no warm up, run parkrun, dive into car straight afterwards = Up to 40 min = £0.50

arrive at last minute, warm up, run parkrun, cool down, dive into car afterwards = Up to 1hr = £0.60

arrive early, chat, warm up, run parkrun, coold odwn, coffee afterwards = Up to 2hrs = £1.00

arrive way too early, run parkrun:freedom, Volunteer, hug as many people as possible, take your time over coffee = Up to 4hrs = £2.00 (also known as the "RichK option")
