Tim of MK
Anyone else doing this one, or is it just me?

Unusually (before any race), I'm not injured. Fairly routinely (for various reason), I've not done nearly enough longer distance runs.

So, plan is to get to half-way in 2:05 to 2:10, then drop right down to 'first gear' for the second half.

Only real target is to have fun and go home with a (wacky) medal

Plenty doing it:

We might be there as a Fetchpoint, but maybe not. It's K's birthday, so I'm not putting any pressure on her to stand in a field shouting at strangers for six hours :-)

Got something to say?
