ChrisThePuma Feb 2014 2:09pm, 26 Feb 2014 2,841 posts	0 ChrisThePuma Hi Jog-on There is another thread here: http://www.fetcheveryone.com/viewtopic.php?id=55654 the course starts and finishes in central MK - which is the highest point in the city, so the first mile and a bit is downhill - and of course the last mile is uphill - other than that its pretty much flat.
