Did it last year mate, came 11th I think - good event but doesn't really fit into the training plan this year with Abingdon mara the week after

There is a spring one that's run by the same people, called the 7 pools run. It follows a route around the trails of Sutton Park, passing all 7 bits of water within the park. Worth considering if you can't do this one.

Venue: Wolverhampton uni track, Walsall Campus.
Parking is off Magdalene Road on the Uni campus itself.
There will be a mile run and an optional 100m, 200m & 400m for those interested and quite possibly a 2km race between a certain dinosaur and mythical creature ;)
