CK2 Nov 2021 9:01am, 23 Nov 2021 1,028 posts	0 CK2 Good (I think!) to know it may be menopause as I’ve been struggling to find a cause! I got lots of spots on my face early on runnerbean, and, like you, it was a shock as I was lucky as a teenager.

RunnyBunny Nov 2021 11:19am, 23 Nov 2021 1,231 posts	0 RunnyBunny Yes, lots of cold. Lovely in a heatwave, less lovely at this time of year. Often sleep in my clothes to stay warm at night, or in a fleecy nightshirt and a fleecy dressing gown.

run free Nov 2021 3:15pm, 24 Nov 2021 4,869 posts	0 run free Since going on a long bike ride, the skin has healed and no longer need a fan to help reduce the clamminess. Also weirdly my period has returned after stopping for 9 months. Anyhow sleep seems back to normal and skin mostly back to normal

run free Nov 2021 11:08am, 25 Nov 2021 4,872 posts	0 run free I hope so ck2. I have also changed my washing powder to surcare and also also just wash clothes in warm water. I was using a non-bio powder and decided that my skin was no longer happy with it after many years usage. Think it has helped a lot with the sudden rashes
