It sometimes takes a while to get stuff processed but I think you need to compare it to a small local club rather than expect it to be as responsive and well-manned as an on-line business.

The whole process is very slow, but then as others have said I think that's down to UKA as much as anything. They seem pretty useless (UKA, not the Fetch club).
Lisa T Jan 2013 8:30pm, 31 Jan 2013 1,276 posts	0 Lisa T UKA are pretty slow at getting club membership cards out so I would hazard a guess it's a UKA issue. It took about 12 months for me to get my Run Leader Card!!!
Joopsy Jan 2013 8:48pm, 31 Jan 2013 6,837 posts	0 Joopsy Sorry but I think we are missing the point. It is not a uka card I am waiting for, just a response to a payment made in November and a subsequent email asking for a refund. Uka have nothing to do with ferc emails.
