Renewal stuff usually gets sent out around March, if memory serves. Everybody's asked to renew at the same time to make life a bit easier.

I joined in November for me and my brother and have still heard nothing. I sent a message last week asking for a refund as I would look elsewhere but still nothing. Next stage is a dispute with paypal to get my money back.

I have a number after joining over a year ago but never received a UKA card (not that I care). I've sinced worked out you need only list a club and a random 7-figure number. You'll get the discount and nobody will ever check.
