Yay, well done Chromey :)

Cheered in by Swittle like the last time I did this race. Like the last time there were only two people behind me, but I was about 6 minutes quicker :)

Couldn't quite keep up with bad ankle man, despite swapping places a few times on the bottom section, after the arches he left me as I struggled with all the uphill.

I really enjoyed that. It felt like a cross country race and was well organised and marshalled. My legs held out after Thursdays run although the steep section toward the finish was hard work and was a walk up with hands on knees moment.
