Yay, well done Chromey Cheered in by Swittle like the last time I did this race. Like the last time there were only two people behind me, but I was about 6 minutes quicker Couldn't quite keep up with bad ankle man, despite swapping places a few times on the bottom section, after the arches he left me as I struggled with all the uphill. |

I really enjoyed that. It felt like a cross country race and was well organised and marshalled. My legs held out after Thursdays run although the steep section toward the finish was hard work and was a walk up with hands on knees moment.

Yes well done Chromey, I was the one at the start talking with Dawn & Mick from Eccleshill Well done Meglet too, I would be interested to know what you think of the Adidas Kanadias?
