I didn't snack, but I slightly failed on the healthy eating front. I figure this thread isn't for beating ourselves up, though, so I'll move on...

I haven’t got started yet, will be delayed due to busyness, still on the plan though.

No choc last night. That's a win.

Less choc and more yoga. I started the 2018 Adrienne series in 2018 and lost momentum; restarted it this year and wrecked my shoulder 20 days in; I hope it isn't tempting fate to try to finish it now the shoulder's basically OK again. |

Listen to more diverse music and go to some live stuff. Might be June / July before I go to live stuff though actually. The bizarre music connection is that I was listening to Public Image Limited from 1986 (May the Road) Rise which is inspired by the Irish saying "May the road rise up to meet you. May the wind be always at your back. May the sun shine warm upon your face;. the rains fall soft ... etc." which I saw when we passed through Dublin airport on our way back from Boston. G |

Think I should withdraw as I still haven't got round to starting any yoga. How is everyone else doing?
