You know they say they want ONE DECENT PLATE OF FOOOD for the first challenge, just pondering what they would do if you presented them with one decent plate and a couple of manky ones as well?
And why is it the always the most dreary contestants they film saying ' I'm right passionate about food' said in a monotone voice?
Now I must stop procrastinating and get back to my pattern cutting.

Mr LF is a complete addict. He works shifts so forgets what day it is. On Sat he rushed to sit down in front of the telly and was most upset when he found out it wasn't on!
