Last night's show:
1. Salt in a cheesecake?!?! Schoolboy error LOL 2. Scallop, apple and quail's egg? Blunge! 3. Jez and his funny beard. He looks like he's put his head on upside down.

I see they were still using the "mum of one" terminology. I was a bit surprised Altaf recovered after the pile of crap he served up initially -gnocchi and chick peas on a tin of tomatoes which looked like a car crash. Having said that he was superb in the pro kitchen.
I had to laugh when the salt woman said "I'm gutted" after John pointed out the salted cheesecake, how do you make such howlers?
I was reminded of a Fawlty towers sketch when Jez undercooked a red mullet
Customer " This mullet's raw" Fawlty "Oh would you prefer a cooked one."

"I've cooked moules mariniere 100 times before..." and wrong every time probably Amanda, perhaps you shouldn't have trashed being a mortgage advisor seeing that you're going to have to go back to it !!
They just couldn't resist that double cream could they?
Jez -you shouldn't have sold your house
